I wish no bride the horrific experience I encountered when ordering my wedding dress from Amour Bridal.

I had been looking for my wedding gown for weeks and had no luck at all. I felt like I had been to every bridal shop in San Diego until a friend recommended Amour Bridal. I scheduled my appointment for that same Saturday. When I walked into the shop it was smaller than I expected but the consultant Brittany was very friendly. After asking me what I was looking for in my wedding gown she knew the exact dresses to pull for me. She pulled four dresses for me that met my exact description of what I wanted. I ended up falling in love with the second gown I tried on. more

perfect dress and also the perfect experience 5/27/2011

Brittany was not pushy at all and understood that this was a big decision for me. I ended up buying that second gown I tried on it was perfect!!!! The couture dress I was looking for with out the crazy price tag. I would recommend Amour Bridal to anyone who is looking for that perfect dress and also the perfect experience. more

All their dresses are in impeccable condition. Their prices are amazing and had alot of great dresses under $500. The dress I choose looks couture, vintage and old Hollywood glamour without the vintage couture price tag. more

I have been having a hard time finding a vintage inspired, unique wedding dress... After that horrible experience I was hesitant to go to another bridal shop. I finally got up the courage to just go and drove over to old town La Mesa. I highly recommend Amour Bridal for any bride... more

not pushy at all 5/24/2011

I walked in and Brittany was friendly, asked questions but was not pushy at all. She let me choose my own options and didn't try to push anything on me. After trying on 3 dresses I found the one. Literally "THE DRESS"!!! I get the actual dress I tried on! They don't have to order it and it wont take months to get it! The fittings take time but I was thrilled to be able to buy right off the rack. more

great customer service and a great dress!! 5/11/2011

This place was amazing!! I had scheduled an appointment so they had dresses pulled from my description ready for me to try on. The consultant did a great job and actually listened to what I wanted unlike some of the other bridal shops I had went to. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and I absolutely love it! I definitely got the best quality at the best price!!! I would Recommend Amour Bridal to any bride looking for great customer service and a great dress!! more

I actually found my dress and never got a chance to go back to Amour - I just had to update to say that this store was easily the best wedding dress shopping experience I had. They had a vast selection in terms of prices and styles - much more so than the chain stores - and the service was excellent. more

They have a great selection 5/4/2011

I didn't realize how overwhelmed I would get shopping for my wedding dress, and the staff was very understanding and helpful when I got that deer in the headlight look as I looked through the massive amounts of dresses. They have a great selection, aren't pushy, and don't tell you that every dress looks amazing on you - because let's be honest, THEY DON'T! more

better dresses than the chain stores.... looking for something different and i found it. The store is great when it comes to fitting appointments and moving them around my schedule. They have full length mirrors and 2 pedestals for trying on dresses in the main room. they have a few bridesmaid dresses - veils and acessories-and do tux rentals also. the girls are very helpful and full of energy. I love my dress.... more

great at helping me pick out dresses 4/26/2011

This is a great little bridal boutique. It's kind of hidden away in La Mesa, past all the antique stores in the Village. But it is a gem. One of my bridesmaids and I decided last minute to try wedding dress shopping on a Saturday. We didn't have an appointment, but the sales gal was more than happy to help us out. She listened to my requests, and was great at helping me pick out dresses that fit my needs. more
