I called to place an order over the phone since their system online was not able to take my free shipping offer and the customer service representatives, including managers were not able to honor my promotion. The promotion was clearly stated on their website. They were anything but polite and nice. They said they would have to check with someone else, I guess the owner, but the owner or senior manager was not on site and they did not make the slightest attempt to locate him. My order was over $150 but they just lost my business..... I will not order from them ever again and highly discourage anyone to order through them. They need to improve their customer service if they want to be in the retail business and focus on customer loyalty. The customer is always right, especially when they tell you they see an offer online. They probably have many customers per day but the customer goes to them a single time. Hence, the customer is more likely to remember their experience and service. This is not a management of marketing technique they teach in college. They should know this by default!
