I have purchased several vehicles from Willey Inc. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. Bill is one of the best sales people I have ever had a chance to work with. Very low pressure and willing to let you have a chance to collect your thoughts during your important decision making process. Ron, the owner, is very customer orientated and take the time to let you know that your business is appreciated. In the past I have never had an issue with the service department. Never do business with this company. This is the most unprofessional company in all of Iowa. From the receptioinist to the owner of the shop, the only people I would trust are the mechanics doing the work. The rest of the employees are all crooks that lie, and misslead you. There is no such thing as customer service when dealing with this company. If you are planning on living in Ames, buy a vehicle from somewhere else or just simply don't buy a Ford. Go down the street or directly accross, and do business with professionals. This way you can avoid all the frustration I dealt with over the entire month it took me to get my car fixed. Even after they replaced the engine (yes the entire engine had to be replaced) three days later my service emissions light came on.
