For me personally, anytime I call Amerishield Security Solutions, even if it's when an employee has called in during the day and says, "I can't do my shift this afternoon," they are always eager to find a replacement. They'll say, "We've got you covered. If they're going to be late, we'll give you a call." They're real efficient to communicate and always find somebody. Usually they'll try and send someone who's been here before. Sometimes it might be a little longer than what the normal shift would be, but that's okay. A couple weeks ago we had a small fire in one of the apartments and the person on shift handled it perfectly. He did everything by the book and we really appreciated having him there. He called all the proper people, took notes--he did it all. I really do appreciate them. more

Amazing, rewarding, peace of mind. They're really good! 7/16/2013

We use Amerishield's patrol service with the cameras. Their customer service is always keen. The response time is very quick, which is important to us. Any time issues were resolved quickly. You would not have to be worried about the after-hour issues because the team they have in place actually does the monitoring for us. I don't need to worry because they do it all. It's been phenomenal, the response and care they take is unbelievable. 5/13/2013

Since they were initially hired, Amerishield Security Solutions has always given the utmost attention, more than any other security company has provided. Any time we request anything they follow through immediately. The residents in our community are pleased to see that there are actually security patrols walking around the community. Very informative and excellent customer service. 5/10/2013

It's been great working with Amerishield Security Solutions. They have cameras all over the property and they monitor them. Nightly guards check in and I get emails and photos so that I don't have to worry about anything. I know exactly who is doing what and can address it the following day. I own my own security company and I subcontract out for Amerishield Security Solutions. They are a growing company in Austin and people are starting to call a lot. Their prices are great; they bid far below their competitors. They are an excellent company to work with. They reach out to their clients to ensure that they are happy. I would give them an A+ for customer service. When looking for a security company, I would highly recommend Amerishield Security Solutions for their service and quality. more

We have been using Amerishield Security Solutions since 2005, and they are consistent. In this type of business, the end staff has a really high turnover rate, but we have had the same guards coming for years now. It's great to work directly with the same people, especially the guards. They are familiar with our site, and they know who we are. They know what our needs are and are able to meet them. more

They were always on time. Before they would actually leave for the day, Amerishield would always let us know. If they were not going to be on the premises anymore, they would show up and be sure to tell us. Everything worked out fine, and they worked with us and were willing to stay on for an additional week when we extended our tent sale. more

Amerishield Security Solutions has been great. We had a last minute emergency need for a fire-watch service, so we made one phone call and talked to Arnold. He set everything up, and the guy was on site within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable. I'd give "Price for Value" a 5 or 6! 5/18/2012

I'd give "Price for Value" a 5 or 6! I'm in a large global security company. From time to time, I'll have a smaller project, and in order to keep my client happy in the smaller markets, I use Amerishield Security Solutions. Marty and Arnold at Amerishield have done an excellent job in facilitating. I've done quite a bit of business with them in the last two and a half years and they've done a great job. They step up to bat last minute as well as work on a lot of things that are planned. They perform as well as my own and I would recommend them! I've recommended Amerishield Security Solutions to others that do work in the Austin area that I do business with. When I working with only a $65,000 scale of operations, I super-paged some security companies in Austin. Several companies showed up, and I ended up selecting Arnold and Marty at Amerishield just because of the flow of conversation during that interview. I did a spot check when they performed, and their guys literally looked better than mine! I knew at that point that we were going to be a good fit! Excellent communication! 9/7/2011

I've been using Amerishield Security Solutions since 2006. I'd highly, highly recommend their services. Their communication with their customers is excellent, whether it's verbal or through email. When there are issues that need to be addressed, I knew they'd be taken care of and I didn't have to ponder at whether or not they'd been taken care of or not. Provide somebody within an hour and a half who worked it out. 9/6/2011

I'm a general contractor, and I had a subcontractor working on the phone lines. He inadvertently disabled the alarm system on the strip center. It was 4 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't get anybody to fix it. Amerishield Security Solutions was able to provide somebody within an hour and a half who worked it out. Jim Kaster more

Great service! 8/18/2011

Amerishield Security Solutions seems to be pretty capable of receiving their instructions and then going about on their own. I've only had to follow-up with them on a few occasions, I would give them a 4 for their performance so far. I think the owners are in touch with what goes on with their staff and are closely linked with me and making sure that I receive the level of service I expect from a service like this. I would definitely recommend them! more

Amerishield Security Solutions is just great to do business with! They're friendly and reliable and we've never had a problem with them. They're always on time and are excellent to work with! We were referred to this company through another company. Amerishield Security Solutions went above and beyond and we never had to worry about them. They did some overnight work for us and some remodeling at a restaurant and some retail locations. So far, Amerishield has done four or five remodeling projects within the past four or five months. They never missed a beat. We're a security company and we have a business relationship with Amerishield Security Solutions. You don't have to worry when using Amerishield You're getting good people for a good price. I'm truly pleased with them because they've done everything I asked. Amerishield Security is always available. 7/8/2011

Amerishield Security Solutions has been there for us with any emergency. Whenever I have an emergency at the locations in San Antonio or Austin, there is always someone available to help me and to do guard service. They also don't overcharge. We have been using Amerishield for almost a year and a half. The guards Arnold has sent have been excellent. They are able to help us out. Arnold is an excellent communicator and keeps us in the loop. All I have to do is call or email him if I am unsatisfied with a guard, and he addresses the issue right away and fixes the situation. Topnotch customer service. 7/8/2011

Amerishield Security Solutions has been great. Arnold has been very good to work with, and they are available pretty much 24/7 for issues. Luckily we haven't had any major issues, but the one issue we had they resolved quickly. The company I work for has been using Amerishield for awhile, but I have been working with them personally this past month. I am very happy with them. Their customer service is topnotch. They are prompt, and I haven't been disappointed. more
