This had to be the WORST experience with a business I've ever had in my life. After my event, I went to drop off plates & silverware. Before I left, I checked to make sure they were open on saturday, it said 9AM to 1PM. I arrived to their showroom at 9:30AM. All the doors were closed, and no sign of the business being opened. I called the manager, owner, whoever he is (Brian) on his cell phone, he told me that someone was supposed to call me and tell me that they were going to be closed that day...because it was a ""holiday weekend"" for them. I was frustrated, because it was a large order, and I wouldn't have an opportunity to drop it off for another week. On monday, Brian decided to charge me another full amount for the rental, which caused an NSF charge in my bank account. I was furious. I called Brian, negotiated with him to refund the 2nd rental, come pick up the plates, and charge me a 1 day late fee. We also agreed that he would refund half of the NSF fee. I checked my bank account today, he CHARGED me half of the NSF fee instead of refunding it.\r

Cons: rude staff, unprofessional experience, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
