Water in a home is always an emergency, we try to arrive with in one hour of the call. We have all of our customers sign an authorization to perform services, which allows us to work in the home. We always collect the deductable amount up front and apply it to the final invoice. We do not charge customers cards until the following business day which is our standard procedure. We lift carpet and remove pad because it is standard procedure for Category 2 Water it is to prevent mold and mildew from growing. We leave fans and dehus running to properly dry out the structure. If drying equip is not left in a home after water has came in, we beleive this would create a bigger issue, and the cost to remeidate a home would be signifigantly higher.
