Give Amanda a raise, she was so polite and kind. more

An unusual place, with a lot of character. Huge entry lobby with curved, sweeping staircases on either side. A vast dining room, nearly empty of both tables and people when I visited for the continental breakfast. ""Rooms"" are apparently all suites -- certainly mine was. Staff warm and helpful. All fine, and somehow hinting of real grandeur either past or never quite attained. The bed and bathroom were large and fresh, and everything was clean, but the couch in my ""living room"" was a bit tired. An HD TV in each of the two rooms, with a remarkable number of active channels, but no way I could find to discover what was on. It's friendly, quiet, reasonably priced, interesting, and close to the Interstate. I'd stay here again. more

This was really a suite with two rooms. One with a king size bed and attached bath. The other with a small couch and chair, large desk, and mini fridge/microwave. What a deal for $60 per night. We stayed two nights with a small child and had plenty of room. The room also had two TV's and a full closet. Complete with a pool and continental breakfast, we would definitely stay here again. Great service, clean, and well done. more

The hotel was nice and clean. We had a king room with bedroom in a separate area. The bathroom was very basic but clean. Its a nice place if you are looking for basic accommodations. The breakfast was decent but the timer on the waffle iron was not working. The internet in our room was fine. more

Lovely grounds are inviting. This is an older property that was apparently a residence for elderly people. All the rooms as suites (2 or more rooms) and some have kitchens. The lobby is spacious and opens into a large rooms that was either a dinning room or big enough to be used for parties.\r \r The bed was comfortable and there were two televisions in the rooms I had. One in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom had a fairly small attached bath. The staff that I met were the owners and a night clerk who also set up the breakfast area. I saw no maintenance people or housekeepers . . . but I didn't stay longer than one night. While not a full breakfast, there was biscuits and gravy available and service started at 5:00 AM. \r \r I would stay at this property again. more

This Americas Best Value Inn was the surprise of a lifetime. It had a beautiful lobby area, grand staircase and huge huge breakfast area! It also had a full size super clean pool. It also had a very nice and large court yard on the other side of the eating area for those that wanted a bit more quiet than a pool area. It was very very reasonable in price and rooms were updated and clean! more

Freshly painted, just scrubbed, aroma-free, two TVs, A real fridge with a bigger freezer compartment, quiet bedroom with closet space, wifi. Off sort of by itself. Breakfast in a solarium between two patios with one appealingly shaded. Stairway our of Gone with the wind. Elevator. And a real live adult human being running the desk. Gosh, I hope to stay here again! We drove 658 miles and it was nice not to have to worry about maintenance, repair or replacement, and could just sag. I think the manager and the daughter are in this for the long haul and are counting on the repeat business. Nice suite, sorry it was only for one night.\r more

We stayed in this charming inn on our way through MO. For such a great price, we were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious, clean room with WiFi and all of the extras. The King Suite we stayed in had a separate living area with a sofa bed and cable tv for our children. The continental breakfast offered variety too, with waffles, eggs, and pastries among the choices.\r more

I cannot believe the quality of this hotel for the price we paid. We had a separate sitting room so we didn't need to disturb the one trying to sleep when one of us wanted to read or watch TV. Very large and well appointed common areas. Very helpful staff. What more can I say. The location was just a little inconvenient from the expressway but well worth the effort. more

This is the second time to stay at this hotel, and were pleased again. I will be staying here again when in the area. I feel very secure as a female traveler and the staff is very friendly. more

My wife & i have stayed at the Best Value (we also know it as the Coach House Inn) for a few years--we enjoy the people work there & always feel right at home-- i fell down the front steps a couple of years ago & they were so very helpful patching me up--my fault not anything they did wrong--we always look forward to stay there coming & going to our summer place in northern Minn--you can spend more money but this place is reasonably priced, clean & the beds are nice-- more
