My family loves going to ABD! My son is almost ready to graduate from little dragons to karate kids. My daughter is about a year away from her black belt. I love the kickboxing. It's an awesome rush, a fantastic workout and a chance to be around positive people with the same kind of goals as me! more

What started out as something our son was interested in trying - has turned into a full family affair! Little Dragons, Karate Kids, Teen class; Krav Maga and iLoveKickboxing - there is a class for everyone in my family. All the instructors are amazing - they push you and encourage you to go further than you ever imagine you could. We love ABD - we love being part of this great group of people. Not only are there many classes to take but ABD is constantly going out of their way to make you feel like you're part of something bigger - philanthropy, socials, kids nights and family events. A truly remarkable place! more

If you love burning fat, seeing increased muscle mass, getting your heart racing, sweating, or just need to release some anger and frustration on a lonely punching bag, this is your place! Never even thought about kickboxing until my friend begged me to try it with her. One of the best decisions I have made at the best school around. It is a great workout and very addicting, which is good when it comes to exercising! Give it a shot at ABD, you will be glad you did! more
