DO NOT use America's Best Carpet Cleaners!!! I had them clean my carpets on 8/31 and when they were done my carpets were SOAKED! Then within a couple of days, spots started to come back. I called them right away and was told they would discuss it in their morning meeting and call me back. Surprise, surprise - no return call! Finally got a hold of them today and was told they would charge me $29 to come back to re-clean the spots!! I should have spent the extra $50 and hired Stanley Steamer or Coit!! Lesson learned! more

i needed to get my carpet cleaned before a party i was having so i called america's best hopping they could come out the same day. They made time for me the same day!! They also where the lowest price around. I had them do 5 rooms for $99 and they only charged 5 for the trip charge as well as 2 dollers per stair every one else wanted 5 and up for each stair, as well as like 150 and up for the 5 rooms. they got all the stains out that i thought would never come out! i will never use a different cleaner again thanks again guys!!! more

Let me just say that this was the easiest and best experience from the start. We called to make the appointment and was scheduled for the very next day. Randy and Cory were on time (even called to see if they could start early and that worked out even better). They were both friendly, efficient and professional and we even had some laughs. They spent more time on a couple vents because they were so bad and even sucked out concrete chunks from when out house was flipped years ago! We would definitely use them again, no questions asked. more

I called America's Best Carpet cleaning after seeing an ad stating they can pretty much save even the worst stains and damaged carpet. I had a rental property that I was sure I would need to replace ""ALL"" the carpet in after a move out.\r \r Ty personally came and advised me that he could do the cleaning and repairs, he even went as far as saying I would never know there was any stains or damage after his team was finished. After leaving them in the town home for more than 8 hrs, I came back to see the carpet looking better than when the last people moved in. Best of all after 3 days of leaving the carpet dry, it still looked as good as the day they completed all the repairs and cleaning! I say that because sometimes the stains will show up again after the carpet has dried. more

i called americas best and they were able to give me appointment the same day. the tech was nice, they move furniture around even up stais with out being asked.the tech said why would i charge for that hall? i'm already cleaning over there. i thought that was really nice. at end they suggested some stain guard stuff for my carpet and gave me 2 area no charge. will definetly use them again. in fact there coming back to clean my air ducts. thank you more

I don't have a bad thing to say about this company. I had a coupon from Val-u-Pak, called to ask questions, owner Neil answered phone and was very knowledgeable and nice to me. They do both steam and dry foam cleaning so I trusted his opinion that steam was best. They were able to come out the next morning, called before they left the office and when 10 minutes away. Arrived on time and were extremely professional. They did 5 rooms with enzyme pre-treatment, carpet cleaning, and Teflon/scotch guarding in less than an hour. The two techs moved all the furniture, except tv and computer desk which I didn't want moved due to cords, they even moved the Xmas tree. They were thorough and knowledgeable. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned in four years. We have three boys under age 5 yrs and a dog and three cats so you can imagine the beating our carpets take every day. Even after vacuuming and cleaning, the house felt so dirty with such stained carpets. To my surprise, every single years-old cat puke, dog diarrhea, and grape juice stain came out. They charged exactly what I was quoted and accept credit cards. My carpets look and feel brand new. Why did I wait so long? I will definitely use this company for all my future carpet cleaning needs (at least annually from now on) and recommend them to anyone looking for professional, thorough carpet care services. more

I was actually referred to America's Best Carpet Cleaning by somebody. My mom used them in the past, and they were really friendly on the phone when I called them, so I decided to use them too. They were on time for the appointment, which is pretty unusual for service businesses. The gentlemen that came out were both very professional, and they were good to my kids who were around when they came. It was an all-around good experience, and they did a really good job. They asked me when I left if there were any other spots I wanted to have done. There was one, and it was reasonably priced, so I had them do that too. It was an awesome experience. more

My experience with America's Best Carpet Cleaning was different because it was completely arranged over the phone. I live out of state, but have a temporary rental in Louisville, CO. America's Best Carpet Cleaning responded well, offered a good price and where there when they said they'd be there. My tenants reported that they did a great job! I had a lot of stains because I have a dog and he likes to throw up sometimes. I worked and worked and worked on those stains but I could not get them out. America's Best came over last Friday and got all the stains out, and the carpets didn't smell anymore either. It was really good! more

The technician was polite and when I mentioned my carpets being wet due the sofa being cleaned, he brought in the carpet cleaning tool and got up all the water. The only draw back was that I paid in cash and the technician did not have change, so I have to give him a little extra money, but I thought it was worth it. I also like the fact that they called me about 30 minutes before they arrived. The price was excellent too! Pros: Price more
