American garage door

My garage door was not working, I have some knowledge on garage doors thanks to youtube, but it didn't fix my problem, So I decided to call my local garage door repair, they were just down the streets and arrived within 30 minutes prior to calling, and the guys were great, very helpful, and understanding, they inspected the door, before quoting, telling me which part was which, and what I needed to do for future references, if I were to encounter this problem again. They fixed the door within an hour, and said if anything was wrong, they would gladly return to help me. more

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service. My door was literally stuck and wouldn't open, and so it goes I was stuck myself. Let me first say that only a few things REALLY MATTER when it comes to any service contractor; quality of skill and workmanship, pricing, and puncutality. Ben aces all three. Her arrived on time for our appointment. He diagnosed the garage door, and gave me a fair quote so I had him do the job. I am happy to report that three months later I am still actively using, and am very satisfied with the functionality of my garage door. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a garage door specialist who knows his craft, doesn't gouge customers on pricing, shows up on time and does the job RIGHT! more

I had an issue where my door would not close properly all of the time. It could have been any number of issues so instead of debugging it myself, I thought I would call in the "experts" and let them handle it. Two employees showed up and after explaining the issue, they went right for the springs. They gave some BS reason why the springs were bad. My theory is because it's an easy fix with a HUGE markup on price. I asked how much and he said $179. After they replaced the "bad" springs, they charged $577 because there were 2 springs. Would have been nice to hear that before the work started. As they were walking to their vehicle, I pressed the close button and the exact same issue happened. They came back and looked at the manual, went to youtube.com and told me he could not understand the manual and that the opener was bad and quoted me an additional $850 to replace it! No way! They proceeded to make condescending remarks about how I could not understand the manual either at which point I told them to leave and leave the old springs behind. Once they left, I read the manual and troubleshot the problem correctly. If the garage goes down and up if you hold the button, it means that the springs were not the problem. After about 1 hour of my "non-professional time" I determined it was the safety eyes. I cleaned and re-aligned them and it works just fine. I could have gotten the reject employee but this is uncalled for and will never recommend this company to any of my coworkers in the future unless some sort of restitution to my $577 down the drain is produced. Their technicians could think out of the box and fixed the garage door bottom seal for very old garage door for the house. The pricing for their service and material is up-front and very reasonable. Their service is prompt. You know you could really trust the company and the technicians once you interact with their technicians. I only want to deal with company which provides me good comfort level, fair pricing and excellent services. This company is the only company I will use again for any issue with garage door. I do not think 5 stars is good enough for this company. If I could rate them with 10 BIG STARS, there will be no hesitation from me at all. more

I love this company, they came right away within 2 hours of my call. I guess they had a tech close by. The price they quoted me over the phone turned out to be a bit higher than the actual price since my door was a standard garage door that required a smaller spring than expected. more

They've came to my house like 4 times... One time for the sensors, the second time the springs, third time because the chain got stuck, and the fourth time (and hopefully last) to just replace the entire garage opener. It's relatively easy to make appointments and they can come within a day or two. It's not cheap but there's no choice since we have to move the cars in and out of the garage. more
