I had decided to use this shop on the recommendation of my neighbor that had a couple of his cars tinted at this shop. I had a brand new altima that I had just purchased 2 weeks earlier tinted with 35% llumar tint. When I arrived at the shop, my car was taken into the shop quickly and I left for a couple of hours.When I came back to pick up my car, it had quite a few bubbles in the tint but I was told that this would go away. After a few days,I realized that there was a lot of dirt and contamination in the tint. I showed my tint to my neighbor that had recommended the shop and after looking at all the windows, he commented that this was one of the worst jobs he had seen them do.I called and set up an apponintment to have them redo the tint job and just make things right.When I arrived at the shop, Lisa the owner came out to meet me.I started to show her the problems I had with the tint,she started to argue with me about how I was too picky and there would be dirt and debris in any tint job. I have seen too many professional jobs that have no dust spots in the tint to believe that. I showed her the entire car and she refused to take care of the back glass that has a lot of dirty spots and also a wrinkle in the tint and also the passenger door that has spots and 2 wrinkles by the edge of the door.She agreed to replace the driver door tint and after having to question her, she agreed to replace the 2 small back quarter glass.I was amazed that she had the nerve to raise her voice and argue with a paying customer when all that customer wanted was to have a professional looking tint job with no defects done on their brand new car. She then had the car pulled in to repair the tint. As my driver door was having the bad tint stripped off,she showed me that the was a scratch in the interior glass of the door. I wondered how a 3 week old car could have it's glass scratched when I never had noticed it before. But I had her replace the tint over the scratch. The back 2 glass were then replaced quickly and my car was pulled out front of the shop.I have to say that the replacement tint job is far better looking than the first job but my back glass still has a lot of dirt in the tint and I will request that it be redone as well.If she refuses, I guess I will have to use my options I have at my disposal.I hate to think that a business would put a customer in that position. I will check in with a review after I have everything completed. I will have to say that anyone that wishes to use this shop go in there and ask a lot of questions. But do not expect a perfect,dirt free tint job from this shop. Not on the first try,at least.
