Highly recommended! 4/10/2014

The office staff was very helpful, called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. Approximately an hour later my washer was fixed and I was back in business getting ready for my guests. The total charge was $185. I was very happy with their service and will recommend American West Appliance to anyone. more

Great job! 2/4/2013

We have 3 small children so we go through a ton of laundry every day. When our Whirlpool washer broke, my wife was very upset. I went online and found American West Appliance Repair. They came out to our rescue right away. The technician was very professional and got the job done. We would use this company again. more

Very satisfied! 11/5/2011

I called American West Appliance Repair to see about having a repairman come to my house and fix my GE refrigerator. I was offered same day appointment. I am very satisfied with their promptness and efficiency. The technician was courteous and diligent in doing his job. Our fridge works fine now. Not to say the least their rate was very reasonable. Will call them again. more

This is the best contractor I ever used! 11/3/2011

This is the second time I had American West Appliance Repair out to my house for an appliance repair and both times they quickly diagnosed the problem. Their technicians were prompt, honest and courteous. They made no attempts to sell you anything you do not need. They were skilled and affordable. The repairs were completed within a reasonable time. Highly recommended! more

Our refrigerator broke down after 5 years of service. We went on line in search of a repairman. American West Appliance came with many positive reviews. So we gave it a shot. From the moment I made the call, I felt very comfortable with this company. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The repairman was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a pretty fair quote. He replaced overload starter relay and charged $170.00. I am very happy. Would use them again. Bob. more

Possibly a Rip Off 6/7/2011

Was given an outrageous quote ($1,000+) from this unfriendly, thick-accented Russian repairman. When I spoke with another repairman, whose company has been in the San Fernando Valley for many years, I was given a MUCH more reasonable quote ($175), and told that he's never fixed an appliance like mine for anything resembling the amount that I was quoted. So much for "juiced up" internet reviews! more

American West Appliance Repair serviced our appliances twice. They repaired our refrigerator last year and they fixed our washing machine in May. They are always honest and accurate in their assessments. Their technicians are nice and professional. They do not charge for unnecessary repairs. James. more
