I will try to make my long story short. Still kind of long though. \r

I went there to order new contact lenses. During the eye exam, She said - I don't need to know how you see, just answer me either yes or no. She said she will order different prescriptions to try, she will call me when they arrive. Over two weeks later, nobody called me even though they had them. Tried to schedule for another appt for fitting exam. They said no other day avail in two weeks. Not even weekends. \r

I waited for another two weeks. On my appt day, I realized that had the appt in 30 minutes. Thinking that I wont be able to make it on time. So, I called them to reschedule. Dr. Elyse M. Teran answered. She said it is not her fault that I forgot about the appt. And she kept trying to argue with me about that. She said that it is not her responsibility. Then, she found out she had my phone number totally wrong. Still it is not her fault, not her responsibility. I told her that I just called to reschedule for the appt, not to blame it on someone. She was having a serious attitude over the phone with me. \r

So, it took me over four weeks to try the samples. First fitting appt, she offered to insert the contacts for me. I told her I can try. She forced me to stay still. Main thing is SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! Every time her fingers touched my eyes, hurting and irritating so much. So DISGUSTING!!! At the second appt with Dr. Timothy Ip. He explained that I wont be able to see clear as wearing the glasses due to the high prescription and the type of vision. He said that wouldn't even suggest wearing the contact lenses for me if I was his patient. My left eye (with the sample on) was not exactly focused. It was so so. My right eye (with the sample on) was totally out of focus. I chose the best fit out of three pairs from two different providers. Dr. Ip wanted me to try them on for the following weekend. I told him that I did not feel confident to wear them for driving. Because, I could not see. On the following weekend, I tried them on for three hours, I felt sick. The lousy prescription on my right eye kept messing up with all of images I was looking at. I saw three images all times. But, Dr. Elyse M. Teran didn't want to hear how I saw the images when we were having the eye exam. That is why I was so mad began with. She did not care! \r

I went over there to cancel the order. Dr. Elyse M. Teran was there. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order. She changed her face expression and asked me why I want to cancel it. I told her what happened. And she said she doesn't understand what I was talking about. She was trying to make me feel like I was coming up with these crazy stories. She knows nothing about it. Her old bouncer (I call him) came up to me and said - You are not nice. We have very good reputation. You don't talk to a doctor like that. We want you to be out of here. I don't even know who he was. I still don't know who he is. He didn't even identify himself. \r

Dr. Elyse M. Teran had a very strong personality and seemed to think eye-rolls at her client's opinions are professional. She also talked in the sarcastic and arrogant tone of voice.\r

They do not appreciate your business. They do not care about their patients/customers. They do not care how you feel or comfort with the result of their work. They do not want to take any responsibilities. If there is anything goes wrong, all of them are YOUR FAULT. By the way, Dr. Elyse M. Teran is the owner of this place. And Watch out for the old bouncer. He may kick you out.\r
