Great place and nice service. We went just prior to the 4th of July and as such they were very busy, but offered us a cold drink and took care of our Suburban as quickly as possible, and with decent pricing. more

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE, DO NOT REPAIR YOU CAR HERE!!! 5/8/2012

THE WORST REPAIR SHOP EVER! I took my Volvo there for routine maintence, oil change, timing belt, transmission flush. When I got the car back, the serpentine belt broke on the freeway with my newborn in the car! After they changed the transmission fluid, the transmission FAILED! A perfect car, destroyed by American Tire Idiots! Then I took it to the Volvo Dealer in Irvine, and the dealer told me the second serpentine belt was installed incorrectly and that one was going to break at any time! What?! When I called the district manager, he made fun of me! I spent almost $1000 there, now its going to cost me $6000 to redo the work they did, and get a new transmission. DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE REPAIRS AT THIS SHOP. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! more

GOOD QUALITY AND FAST SERVICE 12/27/2010

I went to American Tire Depot to replace my bald tire, as soon as I entered the shop the manager approached me and show me their different brands of tires, he even help me pick the right tires for my car. In just an hour they installed the tires and balanced my wheels. more

The staff are fast, friendly, and they treat you like family. They are also experts in what they do. I have been part of the tire business before, and I am greatly impressed with their knowledge of tires. You'll never go wrong with American Tire Depot! more

Poor customer Service 11/2/2009

I brought two cars in for four tires. Prices were decent. I left both cars at 11:00 AM and got a call that they were having trouble opening my BMW trunk. Explained how to open. Got a confirmation call that both cars were done at 2:30. Arrived on my way out of town in a rush to find that tires were never changed on the BMW. Employee said he called back and left a message. No missed call, no message. I informed him that this was upsetting. Manager came out and was hostile, stating ""why are you bothering my employee. He also said that he had made the call. more

Prices cheaper than Costco 2/21/2009

After calling around all day to find tires for my SUV, American Tire Depot was by far the cheapest and even worked with me on the prices. They had the Michelin tires I wanted in stock and beat Costco's price by $70. I drove up and they starting working on my SUV immediately even though it was a Saturday. I was very impressed by the service...Ask for Gary or Steve, those guys are golden. more
