the redlands ca shop has the worst customer service ever and they do not stand behind there work at all.The manager in there was such a jerk he does not know how to treat people that are giving him a job by going to that shop this shop has lost alot of business especially from my friends and family the manager said he didnt care if he lost business that he is guarntee to have a job no matter what more

they offer great services and products that surely meet my demands. i'll be a consistent costumer to them. My whole family goes to this place and will continue to do so. more

I bought four new tires in Feb 08, and after a week or two i figured there were a cracks on the tires, they had manufactured defects, and I went back to the shop and I showed them the problems, the store manager, Vick, simply ignored the cracks on my tires, and my concern is that it's dangerous and he didn't care nor did anything about it. Not very long ago I had a nail in my tire and went here to get it fixed. They fixed for no cost. When it came time for new tires I went here and they treated me great again. more

I have been going to these guys for quite some time. Their prices arent bad, but their service far outweighs that of any shop i've been to. They are more than happy to work with you and always are courteous. \r \r Pros - Fast and quick, service is outstanding, owner is a car enthusiast, treats all his customers with respect.\r \r Cons - Some of the more specialized tires i have needed were not available from them, however they accomodated me even though i got the tires from elsewhere.\r \r My whole family goes to this place and will continue to do so. more

I bought a set of Falken Zeix over there. They didn't have em in stock so i waited 30 minutes for them to bring them in. ONLY 30 minutes! FALKEN RULES PROS: Fast, friendly, excellent service. CONS: Can't think of any. Guess there is none. 8-D more

I spoke with Gary at American Tire Depot on a Tuesday and asked if they carry the Falken ZE-512 tires. He said they could order them from the manufacturer and have them for me the next day, but also questioned my desire for Falken's and recommended some Raptor tires they had in stock. I wanted the Falkens, so I tell him to order them. Wednesday comes and goes... no tires. At the end of the day Thursday Gary tells me the manufacturer is out of stock and the tires I need are on "National Backorder," but they still have these other Raptor tires they can install before the weekend. So, I call the manufacturer and they tell me the Falken tires I need are indeed in stock! At this point I've been lied to and I'm screwed. No other tire company has the Falken's in stock, they have to be ordered and won't be available to install before the weekend. I received excellent customer service when I visited America Tire Depot. The prices are reasonable and I was very happy with my experience. You can find very good deals here for tires. They carry a large selection of named brand tires. I will certainly come here again and I highly recommend this place. more

I called this store based on the great Insider Pages reviews I read. I got a quote for a Uniroyal Cross-Country P225/70R15, I needed two, they were $82.95 each. However, total out-the-door cost for the two tires was $213.12! I asked what the other charges were, he said "there's $14 tax on each tire, then there's mounting/balancing charges." I asked if they did ineed charge $15 per tire as I read in another review for lifetime rotation, and he said no, that's already included in the price of the tire. I'm stumped, my best calculations tell me that before tax each tire is $98. From $82.95. What is the other cost? I'll keep looking for a more transparent tire store where I understand costs better. more

Great prices. Huge selection. Honest and upfront staff, they didnt try to take advantage of my wife or upsale her anything. Her car was finished before the quoted time. Not to mention her car seemed cleaner then when she left it with them and she only got new tires! more

Best thing is they carry a wide range of tires. Last time I wanted some Ultra-high performance summer tires and they did have it in stock. These young guys do their job pretty well, and they do it quickly. They match prices (including online prices) but charge $15 each tire for "lifetime rotation". more

Very honest. These guys are knowlegeable and they don't upsell. I took my car in when I was having a problem with what I thought was the alignment they spent 2 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. At the end of all that turns out it was a warranty issue afterall they told me that and didn't charge me for their time. I will definately be going back! more
