My friend found a screw in her tire and it was losing air. We went to American Tire to have it repaired but were turned away. She was told they were to busy and that she would have to come back another day. There were only 2 cars in the bay area and one was just about to leave. As she works in Staten Island, she needed the tire fixed today. So we then went to the local gas station and within 5 minutes, the screw was removed and the hole plugged. If American Tire had given her the same curtesy as the gas station attendant, they would have gained another customer, but now she will never go to them regardless of any auto needs.
