If I could give a lower rating I would. While this tile company specializes in making hard to find tile colors, they certainly don't specialize in good customer service. I ordered a sample from this company and was ecstatic that it matched my 1950's color. When I ordered the tile to be overnighted (at a huge shipping premium, but was happy to pay because I found the color), it arrived and was a completely different color. When I called to ask about replacements, I was treated poorly and given nothing but attitude by someone named Millie ("We always have problems with rush orders.") as if I were to blame. \r

After wasting close to $400 to receive and send the tiles back, Millie wasn't even willing to check her other locations for a color that matched their sample. I realize it's a hassle to rush an order, but why be rude to the customer because YOUR sample doesn't match your tile stock? \r
