We used american tent and table for our wedding in August. Jan was the person handling our event and she was amazing. We were able to get all of our rentals there.Place settings, glasses, linens, dance floor,tables chairs and tent. If you need it for your event they will provide it in a friendly organized manner. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff that came to set up the tent and dance floor did so with a great amount of care for the property. If you hire American tent you can feel confident that the rentals will all be perfect. It makes it so easy to get everything in one place and they really are the nicest, most professional people in the business . They care as much about making your event special as you do. Thank You American Tent! One year before our big day , we contacted American Tent to obtain prices and availability of tents, tables, china, lighting, etc. The staff there could not have more accommodating, and available to meet our needs. One week before the wedding they handled my anxiety regarding the weather forecast (predicted heavy rain & wind) with empathy and understanding. I was assured that should there be any weather related problems with the tents that they would be available. I called American Tent very late on the Friday night before the wedding to express my concerns about the wind and possible damage to our tents, within an hour Allan arrived (in the pouring rain) checked the tents and assured us that they were secure. The day of the wedding was rainy and very windy...the tents saved the day, they were beautiful, and secure. Recently hosted a successful wedding weekend with the help of American-Tent in Marston Mills. With 50-70 guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4 days and planning all the details from Dallas, Texas it was important that we find a full-service tent/ rental facility. We communicated via email / phone until the week before the event when we met at their facility. We used American Tent for our wedding this spring on the Cape and they were great. We had never done this before so someone came out and talked us through the whole process. When our day came everything was all set up and looked great right down to the smallest details. What was REALLY great was we suddenly had a need for an extra table- we called and they sent someone out right away- which really bailed us out of a jam- They were awesome and I would definately recomend them! American Tent was a pleasure to work with right until the actual weekend of our event. When they arrived to put up our tent, they told us that it could not go up. We said that the owner had checked the site to make sure the tent was the proper size for the site. The crew said the owner never came out to assess the site. Furthermore, the crew left without properly securing the tent, which was a problem since it was a rainy night. A family member secured the tent and the crew promised to come back in the morning. When they returned, they secured the tent, but left the temporary securing materials our family members had created right in front of the tent so the first guests who arrived had to step over them. It would have been easy to put them behind the garage and out of sight; however, the crew, after originally creating the problem, failed to provide this basic courtesy. When I called the owner to complain, stating that it was embarassment for our guests to have to walk over materials that his crew should have put to the side, he told me that I was being ""dramatic."" He rudely ended the conversation, stating that there was nothing left to discuss. This is the type of company that is wonderful until they get paid, and then they are done with you. more
