I used to be a frequent and loyal customer of American taxi. I fly every week so i use American taxi to and from the airport very frequently.\r

But last week on Friday Feb 27, i had a terrible experience, which made me decided that i had to avoid American taxi from now on.\r

first of all, the online ordering system is terrible and not reliable at all.\r
\r
So i called 847-253-4411 around noon on on Friday Feb 27 several times. i have talked with an operator. it seems like there is only one operator because every time i called it is the same voice. He was very rude to me, when i asked him if there would be a taxi coming and what cab number, he just kept saying that the cab driver would call me then, RUDELY hang up on me.\r

so the cab never came, i was late. I called another American taxi number I don't remember the number, some other operator told me my taxi is not coming, he had to assign me another one. So when i went downstairs I saw a cab driver complaining that he was waiting there. I asked him why he didn't call, he said the company does not allow him to call the customer. I was really angry, because the operator from 847-253-4411 told me that the cab driver would call me. Now the cab driver said the company does not allow him to call the customer ?!\r

So people working in American taxi are LYING to the CUSTOMER, is this how they do business?
