Chris and I were friends before he opened the shop, and has done all 6 of my tattoo's he is the best, I won't let anyone else do my ink......\r \r I live in Butler now and will drive all the way to Verona to have Chris do a tat for me.....\r \r You won't find a better bunch of ppl to do your ink...or piercings Run to Verona Pros: Clean, friendly bunch more

American Tattoo is AWESOME! 5/12/2010

I had a cover-up tattoo done and I had been to several shops before I found American. Nobody seemed confident enuff in themselves to do the cover-up I wanted. When I entered American, I spoke to the big guy with the dreds. (I can't remember his name) When I asked him if he could do a certain tattoo~WITHOUT ANY HESITATION~he said I can do anything! He was my man, and I love the EXCELLENT work he did! I am getting another cover-up in July, and I will be doing it at AMERICAN!! Pros: Clean and the staff is friendly and easy to talk to! Cons: I can't think of any! more

I have 3 tattoos done by Chris at american tattoo. Chris is talented, a great guy, friendly, and a great dad too. The staff are all awesome from the ladies that body pierce to the other artists. they are all so friendly. i would recommend this place anytime. Costs more but WELL worth it! 8/29/2008

I have 3 tattoos from here, though they are pricier than other shops....you get what you pay for, they are professional and talented artists who take pride in what they do....best tattoo place in pittsburgh (And ive gotten inked at MANY!!!) Pros: Talent, Friendliness, honesty, skill Cons: Price more
