Finding out about American Staffing made me fill like I just found a greater chance for employment and maybe hired into a company that seek great,fast and on time everyday that can work well under heavy work load or be able to produce ideas when pressured. more

An employment agency? Went in on a Tuesday between 8 and 9am (this is the only time to come in), They make you fill 2-3 hours worth of paperwork, make you watch a safety video from the 80's, then interview you for 2 minutes, which really isn't an interview as they verify your paperwork and say someone will call you shortly and that's it. I wasn't called so when I called back, their secretary Amanda used the run around.to ensure someone would call. If they don't call, its the simple excuse they couldn't find you a job or they weren't helping you. I only applied here because a family friend said they got a job here, and I have more experience than my family friend and I can't get any. Moral: don't waste your time with these folks. Note: Amanda said jobs that don't check criminal backgrounds are not hiring, and those that do check are. I don't know what that's supposed to prove. more

I would not recommend this company to anyone that maybe looking for a job! They are very judgemental and discriminating. If you are bigger than normal, may not be as dressed up as someone before you DO NOT expect to get placed out on a job! The OWNER will make sure the ""bigger"" applicants get no where!! more

I applied several weeks ago & even went to some orientation. I'm STILL waiting for clerical or light industrial work. The lady I spoke to said the company has nothing. So what do THEY do all day??? Liars! more

The staff is very caring. They are very busy, and can usually put you to work right away. The office is very nice, staff is always pleasant and formitive. The are experts at matching skill with jobs. Great staffing company to work with. more
