Use EXTREME caution with this company. My son and daughter-in-law were married in Oct 2008 and have not yet received their wedding pictures. The owner, Don Tilford, of this company has made many, many broken promises to my daughter-in-law about delivery of the prints. A quick recap...we picked this company from a bridal magazine. Everything was done either via email, snail mail or fax. In fact, if we would have requested a face-to-face meeting it was going to be an additional charge. The photographer arrived at the set time the day of the wedding. His equipment broke down many many times before, during and after the ceremony. He left the ceremony about 90 minutes early and prior to leaving informed my daughter-in-law he would get the proofs to the photography company within a week and she should receive her pictures within 6 weeks. Six weeks came and went...nothing. She then received a call from the photographer stating that he had not been paid by the company and was holding her pictures hostage. At that point she contacted the company and was told by Tilford that he had the digitals, but was behind in processing and would be getting them out to her in November...November came and went...another email, more excuses (his wife allegedly was ill and hospitalized) and December was promised...December came and went...another email, more excuses and January was promised....January came and went and no pictures and now no communication. At this point we have pretty much given up ever seeing a photo of the single most important day in her life...one which cannot be redone. SHAME ON YOU American Wedding Photography. We paid over $1,000 for nothing more than broken promises and a broken heart.
