They are now called Westside Self Storage and are under new ownership and management. They have added electronic gates and cameras. It is a beautiful full-service facility. They also do U-Haul truck and trailer rentals. I rented a truck the other day and moved right in and returned truck to same location. It is a one-stop storage place. Since I started renting a storage unit at American Self Storage in Paso Robles I have gotten three flat tires inside the grounds due to nails, etc. I've been charged for a late fee when I never received a bill as well. The gate out front is supposed to have a code that you use to get in however, lately it's just left open leaving everyone's valuable's more exposed to theft. Speaking of theft....I received a very disturbing message from the Manager (Regina) on Thursday night. I've been calling & calling & calling during business hours and I've left numerous messages to find out what is going on with my storage unit.....I've received no response. It is now 11:21 A.M. and I've been trying to find out what's going on with my unit that's so important since 9 A.M. today. I THINK THE ON SITE MANAGER IS EITHER SLEEPING AT THE MOMENT OR TOO MESSED UP ON MIND ALTERING THINGS TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: everything more
