My experience with American Roofing, from initial bid to job completion and beyond has been outstanding. In March 2014, I received bids from three local roofing companies, each one of which had been recommended to me. I opted to work with American Roofing in large part due to the customer service offered by Andrew Yorgason. At my request, Andrew helped to analyze the differences between the bids. He was professional and complimentary of the competition. American Roofing provided the standard warranty that is explicitly not transferable in the event that I were to sell my home. Yet, the company specifically and in writing guaranteed its commitment to honor the warranty regardless of new home ownership. When the project was complete, on time and immaculately, Andrew called to ensure my satisfaction and quickly offered to cover the cost of two young (expensive) plants that were damaged in the process. When I recently sold my home, the new owners noticed a small, broken flue cap, which Andrew replaced within two days of my inquiry. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship, materials, and customer service. Five stars! more

We needed a new roof on one of our projects and I gave American Roofing a call to come and give me an estimate. Andrew gave me a call within 48 hours and he came to give me a proposal. The price was in line with our budget and was lower than two others I had received. Time was of the essence on this project and Andrew rearranged his schedule to fit in our project. Within a week our new roof was completed and they also installed our rain gutters on this home. The roof and rain gutter turned out great and the work was of very high quality. Andrew was very professional and went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. I am very impressed with American Roofing and the service they provided on this project. I highly recommend this organization if you need a new roof and you want it done right. Their warranty on their workmanship is among the best you will find out there. Our new roof looks great and I look forward to using American Roofing in the future on other projects. American Roofing will never sell you a new roof if your roof does not need to be replaced, or if your money is better spent in repairing or maintaining your existing roof. more

I was so impressed with the work I received from American Roofing. They were professional and got the job done right and I am so pleased with the result. I dealt with James Yorgason and he was so friendly and easy to work with. He checked up on the job while it was going on numerous times! Even though it was such a small re roof job we felt like they cared so much and wanted to make us happy! I would highly recommend them. We dealt with Stuart Gates and everything was done as promised. They were very clean, leaving no messes and finished the job in record time and the cost was as promised. They even came back and fixed a problem with one of our vent pipes that was caused by the builder of our home, at no charge. I highly recommend them for roofing work. more

We are really happy with the guys at American Roofing. They were very helpful when they came and gave us an estimate for our roof. We had some leaking that needed to be fixed and the roof was extremely old. They recommended that I get a new roof but didn't pressure me at all. After weighing the pros and cons (mainly our lack of budget) we decided to get the new roof done. We couldn't be happier with the result and it was done in no time. I saw a couple bad reviews and thought to add my 2 cents in there. I think these guys are great! more

This company intentionally damaged my roof. My property owner had someone come fix the roof. I had this company come out two days later because of miscommunication with the owner. There were cuts made in the roof and the some of the patches that were in place were torn up. Now we have leaking in places we did not before. They provided a ridiculous proposal saying what they needed to do to fix damage they had done. more

We had our roof redone and some gabels built, new gutters installed and insulation blown into our attic. All of the employees were so nice and thoruogh. They were here early in the morning and worked past dark to get the project done before a storm came in. The same person who provided the original bid was out every day checking to make sure things were going well and that we were happy and he was the one to bring us the final invoice (that was right on with the bid) and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the individualized attention we felt we got and we are thrilled with the way the whole project came together and looks great. Pros: Great customer service more

Took way longer than they said it would. Estimated that it should take 2-3 days. 2 weeks later, they're still working on it. Might go faster if they actually worked instead of standing around talking. I don't speak spanish that well, but know enough to know that they were not talking about the roof. It's not that big of a place. It should not take 2 weeks to finish the job. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. more
