American Motor Rental won't make you jump throw any hoops. They didn't play games about my credit card. It was an easy process and I would use them again. more

I needed to rent a van that could carry 8 ladies and all their luggage to take them to the airport. I found the deal on a deals website, so I went and rented the van. They were so nice. The only thing that was a little bit of a glitch in our plan was they didn't remove the back seat, so we had to have some people help to and load the luggage. I kind of take responsibility for that though because I didn't check. Other than that everything was awesome. It was easy to do, the vehicle was clean and well maintained. I was able to return the vehicle early which was helpful. It was a good experience, and I would rent from them again. more

American Motor Rental were quick and to the point. They took care of things, and provided the service they said they would. The location was a little difficult to find, but other than that everything was good. more

I didn't feel like the unit was serviced the way it should have been. I rented a motorcycle from American Motor Rental, and I actually had problems with it. It was nothing major, and I took care of it myself, but there had been very little preventative maintenance on the thing. It was a new motorcycle that they just bought and rode with nothing done to it, you know? RESPONSE FROM AMERICAN MOTOR RENTALS: Kevin, I regret you had problems. One of the reasons we only stock NEW Harleys is that even new vehicles can give you a tiny glitch. But to reassure you, all our bikes are factory serviced at the exact date and miles Harley recommends. Even then, a rental vehicle with many different style riders, may have an issue occasionaly. American Motor Rental helped me get a rental car. I went there because their shop was right across the street from where my car was being worked on, so their location was convenient. Overall, it was a good experience. more

I sometimes need to rent vans and trucks, American Motor Rental gets them to me. They have what I need when I need it, they're great. They always try to go the extra little bit to make your vehicle rental easier. If the vehicle is out they try to get it back or get a different one for you in your time frame. more

I have only had one experience with American Motor Rental. The young man who helped me was extremely nice and accommodating. As a matter of fact, I don't have a car, and they picked me up, and dropped me off after I had turned the car in. The man was very respectful, and seemed like he was interested in what I had to say. more

I apologize if that wasn't made clear at the time of the reservation. Weekend days are more in line with other Harley rental agencies, $135.00 daily. more

I rented a limo from American Motor Rental for my nephew's wedding day. They were very nice and they strived to provide great service. We needed it for a long time and they made it very affordable and the driver had a good time. I was very pleased. more
