Friendly service and decent place to store your stuff, haven't had an issue yet. Used American Mini Storage several times in different cities throughout the years. Would recommend. more

Oh for the Good Old Days! 9/23/2007

Just be warned - one must obtain the Manager's "permission" BEFORE one can hire a mover. When I hired PODS & the time came to fetch my stored property this Manager refused to permit the POD space to park on site. She stated that it was the weekend and the POD could not take up a parking space for 2 days. Later, she admitted to a third party that she was miffed because: #1 the occupant of the storage unit had failed to get her "permission" last week and #2 "I don't like to be told what to do." This Manager is extremely combative and uncooperative. I like the old-fashioned "The Customer is always right" philosophy much better. v.s. more

Who needs the bad attitude! 9/22/2007

They have the most unhelpful staff I've ever experienced. When my disabled elderly mother was moving, they went out of their way to make it as difficult on her as they could. They need to hire new management, & hopefully find some one who cares about giving good service to their customers. more

Inexpensive self storage 8/21/2005

This mini-storage place is one of the more inexpensive ones around. The managers are friendly and live on site, and there’s a locked gate. I’ve never had any problems with break-ins. You’ve got standard heated & non-heated units, and lots of different sizes to choose from. You can even use the small moving truck for free when you get a new storage unit. more
