I started training at American Martial Arts Academy at the age of 6 - and my parents to this day agree that it was the best decision they've ever made!
My parents were worried that I was a shy, immature 6 year old, but through Shihan Wenneberg's award-winning training, I was able to raise my grades, build confidence, and even get involved in student council from 6th-12th grades.
The training I have had through American Martial Arts Academy has helped me remain drug-free, stay away from peer pressure, and stay in shape. While my high school and college peers were involved in drugs and the partying scene, I was helping other children achieve what I had achieved.
If you want to learn how to kick butt or be an UFC star, AMAA is not the best studio for you. But if you are interested in developing confidence, self-discipline, and leadership skills, among many other life skills, there is no better school to do so than American Martial Arts Academy.
