American Leak Detection arrived on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and they were quick about it. They did a fine job, and when they left the floor was cleaner than when they arrived. I have already recommended them, by the way, and I will continue to do so. more

Problem solved! Job well done! 9/29/2011

We used this service with American Leak Detection many years ago. It turned out that the exact same thing had happened during the first time we used them, back in 1992. The problem had not recurred since then, but pipes age and things shift in the pool. We had used American Leak Detection before. When we called, I made arrangements just in case I wasn't there when Phillip came. I arrived when he was just finishing up. He explained the procedure and what he had done. He was very thorough, very professional, and a very nice young man! more

Quick and efficient, but pricey. 9/15/2011

They were able to find and fix the leak very quickly and we were very pleased about that. They were professional and knowledgeable. However, I thought the cost was very high for the amount of time it took them to fix it for us. more

Shawn, from American Leak Detection, came to detect a leak in the pipes going to my pool. He was very efficient, very polite, and found the leak. Eric then came out from the same company to repair it. When Eric came out it was a rainy day. He put up a tent, was very careful, efficient, and nice. He got the job done perfectly. I was very pleased. This is the first time I have used American Leak Detection, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I found out that they also do plumbing work, so the next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call them first. I couldn't recommend them more highly. more

Good work, but not cheap. 6/29/2011

I've used American Leak Detection three or four times over the years. I have a pool that's 50 years old, and the pipes are corroded. They have found leaks in the pool twice, and also once in the pressure system. The work and the people have been fine. I just think they should charge less money. I will use them again, because I have no other alternative, as I don't know of another company that does leak detection in my area. They ought to have a sliding scale, though. If it only takes 20 minutes to find the leak, I shouldn't be charges as much. I would recommend them to my friends, but I'd tell them to be ready to write a big check. more
