American Laser Skincare does not do what they promise! 5/15/2012

I have been going to American Laser Skincare for over a year. I was told that I was "the perfect candidate." My ancestry is "Mediterranean" (Italian)...so dark hair and light skin. I have not gotten any results. I do everything they tell me to do...no tanning, no antibiotics, shave, don't shave (different "nurses" tell me different things), etc. The place is weird...the ladies are always late for my appointment...I manage to get there on time, but they can't manage to see me on time...ever. Sometimes they take pictures of the spot where they are working on my hair removal...weird and gross. What do they do with those pictures? They have some rooms "with better equipment." Why don't I get to use the room with the better equipment every time?! I do not recommend the services at American Laser Skincare at all!! more

American Laser Skincare has horrible customer service! 5/1/2012

Based on my personal experience, American Laser Skincare does not work very well. However, their website and their nurses/technicians claim that it seems to work for some individuals, so I have been trying to stick with it. During my most recent appointment, the nurse told me that she was shocked that I've been going so long, and that I'm ridiculous because I keep trying! She was rude and aggressive, and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I certainly did not want to get undressed alone in the room with her. I left without getting my treatment, and I have been calling American Laser Skincare's customer service over and over for two months now, trying to talk to a manager about what happened. Nobody will call me back. more

Poor customer service 2/16/2012

I have been going to American Laser Skincare for a few years now. I am not getting very good results...but have been hopeful since I am supposedly a very good candidate for their treatments (light skin, dark hair). I had a horrible experience recently with one of the nurses. She was rude to me, and made it uncomfortable for me to be undressed in the room with her. Her name is Brianne. I would suggest that you request a different nurse. The other nurses have always been really nice. more
