Originally, I didn't have much good to say about the company in general. I had my records transferred to a California location for school, but the people there pale in comparison...

Originally, I didn't have much good to say about the company in general. I had my records transferred to a California location for school, but the people there pale in comparison to the ones here, oftentimes not treating us because they didn't think we were white enough. When you live in Southern California, it's hard to avoid the sun--but we (my sister and I) are incredibly pale compared to usual. The NKC staff has been nothing but wonderful. A few hiccups in the process, but nothing that hasn't been fixed and perfected. I recently had to have my records to transferred to NYC for an internship, and they sent them over AND booked appointments for me. Jane is a wonder! I can't wait to transfer back over when I start coming home again! Love these ladies! more

I think that most laser hair removal places are about the same. I love love love this place because of the staff. The girls are lovely! Jane, Amy, Cortney (and all the others) have been awesome to work with!! more

Love it! 5/10/2010

Not only have I enjoyed seeing my results but also getting to know the staff!! I had cellulite and ""lumpy"" legs and now I can look foward to going swimming with my daughter!! I can finally say im lookin' good!! more

This is the best thing I have ever decided to do for myself, and the ladies at the NKC location are the nicest people to deal with! I suggest going and getting laser hair removal...sooooo the best thing I have ever done!! Pros: HELLOOOOO?!?!?!?! never shaving again....BIG PRO more
