Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESUL...

Started a year ago. Was so unsatisfied. No standard procedures. Every Tech did something different. You pay a fortune and then they don't follow up or get you in at times you need to schedule. Once they have your money.... to bad you do it there way and accept what they say. more

I absolutely love the staff at this particular ALS. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years with ALS, and been to several locations nationwide, and these girls are the best. They are 100% honest about whichever treatment you are looking to obtain. Not all of them work for everyone, and they are completely up front with that information. While my results have varied for the different treatments I've received, I have no buyers remorse and will continue doing business with this particular branch. more

Amazing Staff and Amazing Results!! 2/5/2011

I purchased my bikini and underarms at the Allentown clinic and I couldn't be more satisfied!! The women that work there are extremely friendly. Any question I had they were more then eager to answer it for me. And they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to get you the best deal possible!! Also I love the fact that they make it an enjoyable experience, I get excited to go in for my treatments not just because I want the results but just to talk with the staff!! And did I mention my results are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would recommend this clinic to everyone who is interested!! Im so excited to purchase more!! more

LASER HAIR REMOVAL 2/1/2011

I purchased my legs and bikini, and I am very satisfied with the results I am seeing after only 3 sessions!! I would definately recommend anyone who is considering laser hair removal or any other treatments that the American Laser Centers in Allentown is offering, to go ahead with it. I have been nothing but pleased with the overall aspects. They also recently have gained a new staff and new management.. they are very knowledgeable and welcoming. It makes the experience that much better and comfortable!! more

100% NO RESULTS!!! - REPORT TO FTC!!! 9/20/2010

Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!! Keep in mind that I have VERY DARK hair. I have went to two other laser hair removal centers and have seen AMAZING RESULTS...nearly 95% of active hair follicles killed in just ONE TREATMENT!!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT AMERICAN LASER CENTER!!!! more

Great place 2/23/2010

The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. I am really having success with the laser removal. I noticed a REAL difference after the first session. If you are thinking about having this done - go here!!! Pros: friendly staff more
