COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!! Keep in mind that I have VERY DARK hair. I have went to two other laser hair removal centers and have seen AMAZING RESULTS...nearly 95% of active hair follicles killed in just ONE TREATMENT!!!! horrible in every way 7/13/2008

Nothing is what they claim. It hurts a lot. The results are poor. (I'm on treatment 10 or so and I still have a lot of hair) They get more rude with every visit. And there is no hope of getting a refund. Never go there! more

American Laser has a very professional environment, I was impressed with the staff and making me feel comfortable during my laser treatment! I have been very happy with my results and I wish that I would have started laser sessions a long time ago! Its so nice to not worry about shaving anymore! more

Unbelievable Results and Wonderful Service! 4/3/2008

I was skeptical laser hair removal would work as good as they claimed it did, but to my suprise and excitement I had results after the first treatment! Obviously it has taken me close to 7 to completely remove the hair but I truly couldn't be happier! Since my laser results were so outstanding, I decided to try the chemical peel and microderm package as well. My skin has NEVER looked better! Thank you to the wonderful staff for treating me so kindly! Pros: Staff, experience, guarantee, products, EVERYTHING! Cons: They are busy so scheduling can be a week or so out. more

Relaxing, beautifying, friendly 4/2/2008

From the moment I walked into American Laser Center in Eugene a year ago, I have felt welcomed by the staff. They are down-to-earth, warm, and friendly and make me feel like am in a spa among family. They also never allow me to feel embarrassed about WHY I'm there. I just feel beautiful and happy when I walk out! Pros: Fast service, not crowded, awesome staff, no pressure Cons: None! more
