I am very happy with my first service with American Irrigation Repair. Matthew was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained what he repaired and the charges for each service. Apparently this is a company with integrity that hires employees with integrity. I am very pleased with American Irrigation Repair and their Service Pro Matthew. more

Patient and friendly service from Team Kristen and Matthew. Kristen offered a much appreciated quick temporary fix until Matthew could get out to repair our system. Matthew kept us informed throughout the repair process and offered choices for us to consider. This AIR Team will be in my phone so I can easily recommend them to anyone who asks. more

Excellent service! 2/26/2019

American Irrigation has taken care of our sprinklers for going on 4 years now. They do an excellent job. Krysten in the office takes care of our scheduling so efficiently and politely. Sean keeps us in fine working order. We recently had some landscaping done and they damaged 3 sections of our sprinkler system - Sean efficiently found the damage and did repairs and made sure that our program was set correctly to comply with Georgetown’s watering schedule. Thanks for a job well done! more

Great service - Thank you 2/22/2019

This service was part of our annual maintenance agreement. Juan V arrived on-time and efficiently services our 10 stations to include repairing one broken PVC pipe and replacing two spray heads. All work was completed within the window of time set for the appointment. Juan V was courteous and professional. Prior to leaving he swept the areas where he worked and left the site as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I'd welcome Juan back anytime our system needs additional service. more

Excellent experience from start to finish. Juan walked the yard explaining all the work steps and completed the job on time and a professional job completed. Rate was under other bids and quality much better than prior contractor who blotched the job, thus my calling American Irrigation Repair. 5 star experience.. more

Fantastic Service from American Irrigation 12/14/2018

We signed up with American Irrigation last Spring to review an inherited sprinkler system that came with our new house. They completed overhauled our system and found several leaks that we did not know about. We also had a new automatic sprinkler control unit installed. Today we just had our second visit from American Irrigation to fix a few minor sprinkler head issues and just go over our maintenance and service to keep our system running in top shape. Matthew showed up early for our scheduled appointment and was extremely polite and professional. He was extremely customer service focused and really put our mind at ease and explained so much about our sprinkler system. We have learned a lot! I am so happy to have found American Irrigation and continue to be a very satisfied customer. Please keep up the great work and thanks again to Matthew for his service today! more

Annual service 11/15/2018

I am always impressed with the service from American Irrigation. They are on time and do good, honest work. This time was no exception. I had a line broken off at the head, near a tree. They had to dig, then chop the roots, to get to the broken line. When they were done, you would have difficulty knowing that anything had been done. I will continue with my annual checkups. They explain what was wrong and how they fixed it. I could not ask for more. more

Teamwork pays off. Our experience with the guys from American Irrigation has always been exceptional quality, starting with Customer Service rep Krysten. She is organized so I don't have to be, and she schedules our 6-month irrigation inspections with aplomb. We receive an email confirmation, including photos of the assigned technicians, and they show up on time. What expertise! What good humor! Ryan and crew replaced our old rain sensor and 4 sprinkler heads with the teamwork of an athletic squad. They were so pleasant even after their very long day. more
