We have been without a proper working dryer since October and it is now the end of January. When I called in I told them that I was sure that the heating element was going out. They sent one repair company that just turned on the unit and said that there wasn’t any problem. Never once even opened the dryer up. I had to call again to have someone come out. They sent another company that did open up the control panel. Of course they knew it needed a new one. Another trip trip to install made three trips with no repair to my problem. We had to call over 5 times to ask that they repair or replace the dryer. On at least three of those calls we waited more than an hour just to talk with someone, on 5 different calls we were promised a call back that never happened. Finally got a repairman to come out and opened the dryer up. They found out that the dryer heating element was bad, in fact it completely shorted out after they cleaned the dryer out after 10 years of service. more

concern for our needs. 1/29/2014

The AHS phone service is very prompt and we have had no issues with setting appointments. As we have 2 small children in the home it was very important to get service fast and the service personell were very aware of this. more
