Do not trust these people. My wife and I were promised an apartment on a certain date for move in by Sam Hassanin. We got ready to move out, and told our super that we'd be out of our apt by the end of Feb. The end of February comes, and we start calling Sam to figure out what is going on. He didn't answer the phone for 4 days. The weekend that we're about to move in, we finally get a hold of Sam. Sam told us that the place wasn't ready and would not be ready for at least a month, perhaps more. We were forced to find a new apartment over the course of a hellish 2 days. We have dealt with plenty of Realtors during our time in NJ. Most have been incredibly hard working and decent people. But our experience with American Home Realty was truly awful. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else if you're looking to find a place. more

American Homes Realty is whom I've used and recommended to many friends over the past few years. Jesika Shah is my Realtor and she's wonderful. She helped us find our home. She has helped my friends and colleagues find numerous apartments and homes as well and has played an integral role in posting and selling homes for us as well. American homes feels like a family run business and they can help you buy and sell as well as guide you through local laws and regulations. They've even helped me find a loan and helped me find competent inspectors. Great place and kudos to Jesika. She's honest and sincere. No games. She made the process a lot kinder and easier than some stories I've heard. more
