Professional people and a job well done. We had our existing hardwoods refinished and new hardwood floors put down in our master bedroom. We went from a natural to a walnut color and our floors look like amazing. We are beyond pleased with the job. 2800 sq feet beautiful floors, evenly stained,and what a shine. The whole process was easier that we thought it would be. The workers were so nice and respectful of our home at all times I felt very comfortable with them being in our home and us not being there.I will be recommending American Hardwood Floors to anyone thinking of getting new or refinishing their existing floors. I am surprised to read the some of the other reviews we are over the moon with the with the finished product. They did not leave one mess in our home and we have very little to touch up maybe three small little specks of stain.\r My husband and I are very OCD people and we are beyond pleased. more

I have a new home the floor was coming up...they came out and patched it . It makes noises when we walk on it. They told me that is what wood-did. But my sisters floor is great. Her husband put it down had never done it before. So see say away b booe more

A local company initially did the floors in our brand new home- leaving us with dirt, grit and floors that were not evenly sanded. A coworker gave stellar recommendation for American Hardwood to repair our floors. From the first encounter, we were impressed by the owner's attention to detail. He gave us confidence that the job would be done right. more

All this company kept telling me is they were certifed by some national hardwood something or rather. They completely did a hack job on refinishing our floors. Then they attempted to fix it but instead we ended up with the wrong color on the floor, one coat of poly and a mess of stain all over the woodwork, doors, blinds and just about everywhere in between. With the cost to clean up after them, they ended up being the most expensive of the 5 bids I got. Luckily I sold this house so I dont have to worry how long their product will hold up.
