I purchased a table and chairs that were supposed to be in stock. In a few days I was told they were on back order. I wanted it for a special occaision, but I loved the price, so I waited.\r
\r
After a few weeks they came in and I picked them up - knocked down and in a carton - in my station wagon. When I got home the base of the oak pedestal table was split. The chairs were fine. I returned the table and wanted to exchange. They were out of stock and did not know when they would be getting in another shipment. \r

I needed to get a table. They would not give me a refund even though they did not have the table. They would only give me a store credit. No other table in the store met my needs and I did not need any other furniture. Their sales slip does not say anything about store credit instead of refunds.\r
\r
Anyway, I had to get my Bank Card involved to get my money back. I dealt DIRECTLY with the Owner - not just a clerk. The man just did not want to give my money back. We he did with the Bank!.\r

I work about 50 yards away from the building and would never go back and 0f course I tell everyone I work with too!\r
Pros: Price is good if you are looking for a quick decorating piece
Cons: No refunds even if the merchandise is defective
