Marcus was a great help. In previous visits, we have been encountered by over- bearing sales tactics, but Marcus was professional, courteous, and very tactful. He was the best, most capable and yet not a pressuring sales person. Marcus is an asset to your company. more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! VERY RUDE. The sales person Teresa is a liar and the manager raised his voice at me and hung up on me!!!! They treat customers like crap - go to RCWILLY for the same product and it's cheaper! It took them 6 weeks to bring a small TV stand that I had purchased and paid in full, and then when I did not pick it up on the same day (I live in the bay area and only come there occasionally) they gave it to somebody else and expected me to wait again and acted as if it was my fault instead of apologizing for their rudeness. Teresa said it would take only 2 weeks when I first bought it. The manager was laughing at me when I called to complain and dared to hang up on me!!! Never have I been treated this way. Once you buy something they will no longer care and follow up with you to make sure you had received your item. Spent over 3k in this store just this year and had the same problem but this time is enough. They certainly lost my business. BE AWARE!!!! more
