Absolutely terrible. Has taken almost 3 months to close on our house...and we still haven't closed. Agent has lost paperwork and our ID photocopies numerous times and we've had to redo them. He has told us a "set" closing date multiple times only to come up with some BS excuse saying it's not going to happen "as soon as we thought". If we weren't so far along, I'd find another agency. And on top of all of that, he "just has to know" where money in our banking accounts came from. I mean really, we will be making all our payments on time, it's no one's business where we get our money. BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY...THEY'RE SLOW AND IDIOTIC!!!
