DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I agree with previous post, once the owner cashes your deposit he disappears. Its five months later and I still don't have a fence and it takes him forever to return my constant calls and e-mails and when he does its rude and dismissive. Its the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. more

The owner is prompt to show up and give you an estimate. And very prompt to cash your deposit...this is where the promptness ends! They did a HORRIBLE job left my yard an absolute mess. Once they actually show up (two weeks after they said they would) they come and go as they please. The owner never returns phone calls or emails once he cashes the deposit. Paul (the owner) is rude and condescending to work with. He is all smiles when he comes for the estimates but once he gets your deposit he is ghost!!The workmanship is appauling and the over all job is terrible. No posts for the gate, leaning fence, rocks dug up and left in yard. Save yourself the headache and court trips and use a better company. I now have to hire ANOTHER fence company to complete the job. Im guessing the positive reviews on here are probably from the company itself and not from actual customers more

simply, Paul the owner was non responsive, rude, and dismissive and that is when he had the time to return calls. Very dishonest. 3 weeks late on a project and sent workers with incomplete materials. do not hire him. more

I just completed a fence project with AFInc. using both Tan PVC and a Black Steel Ornamental Fence for my pool and surronding yard. I also had them install a 12' x 18' pool house with slider and windows. Thay were not only the most competivly priced, they showed incredibly professionalizm in their sales approach as well as the follow up and installation of my new fence and pool house. The installers, all employees not sub contractors were courteous and politle. They paid close attention to mainating the landscape along my new fence line. Worst experience ever, for so many reasons! Awful quality of work and materials, when they finally do bring them to the job site. They don't show up on time and prepared to work. Had to hire and pay someone else to fix the mess they made of our fence.Took days to do a job that took the company that fixed the mess 3 hours. I don't know how they are still in business. If you need a fence company find another one because there are many other companies in Quincy. You would think that with that much competition they would have tried to satisfy their customers-even when the job is small. The owner doesn't understand that whether he likes it he works in a service industry and his job is to service customers and work with people. Cons: To small of a space to mention all of them! more
