Troy Parker is either fundamentally dishonest or completely incompetent. Bate and switch initial pricing, complete lack of customer service, and the worst claim coverage I have ever experienced. I had insurance with Troy for 3 years. Each year the coverage kept costing me more and more even though my cars were worth less and less.\r
I had a claim in the 3 yr on my homeowners and it literally took me dozens of hours on the phone and on hold before they could figure out how to pay my claim. I never saw an insurance adjuster... they expected me to do all the leg work and adjusting myself.\r
Beware of dealing with American Family and Troy is my only advice.
