Saved money, bought local, and great local agent!!! 6/22/2011

We have been at Travelers Insurnance for over 10 years. By switching to American Family Insurance, John Rouse Agency, this allowed us to save about $700 a year on our home and autos combined together as a package. We were and are pumped about this savings! This also gave us bettercoverage on our home and autos.\r \r Aside from the money we saved, now have somebody local with a face to work with that seems to genuinely care. \r \r more

Went the extra mile, literally 6/19/2011

I was in an at fault accident on Kellogg right after something tragic happened in my life. Next thing I know there was no insurance card in my glove box to show the officer. My insurance agent John came to the accident to comfort me. He even brought an insurance card. If he had not brought the insurance card I would have been ticketed. John and his staff have always been there to help and I would recomend the John Rouse Insurnace Agency to any that needs insurance. more

dont trust them 1/27/2011

very dissapointed in this company. I called to cancel my policy, because i found a cheaper one. The lady i spoke with told me she would cancel it that day and that i would recieve a small refund. 3 months later i recieved a letter from a collection agency saying that i owed 163$. Dont trust this company. more
