I had very bad experience with this agency. I was given delayed information regarding auto-pay discount on my car insurance which cost me $90. The actual company policy is to have customer set up automatic payment via online account withing 10 days of activating the policy in order to get auto-pay discount. The agent Emily sent me the information regarding that after 25 days after my policy was active, which resulted in removal of the discount and I was charged $90. Now the agent is refusing to take responsibly of her mistake and reimburse for my loss. I also spoke with her boss Jessica and she is also refusing to take any responsibly. Please stay away from this agency and even American family insurance.
