While shopping for insurance, my wife and I contacted American Family Andrew Stearns. The first time no one answered, then the second time we called next day, it sounded like a young lady. We asked to speak to MR Stearns, she started asking us several questions "your name, the reason for your call" etc. That was fine then she started to get kinda personal with, Who are you insured with now, what type of policies you have and then after all that she says " Oh Andrew isnt in" and "he wont be back for a few days". We said your kidding right? You mean after all that hes not in? Then when Andrew called back he was kinda mad that we gave his help a hard time. "A hard time we asked"? Yes, please do not call us and be rude on the phone, refuse to answer questions and do not ever hang up on my staff please". Wow, needless to say we went elsewhere
