This agent confused so many facts when we first signed up with him. You can never get him on the phone, it always goes to voice mail. American Family never gives us discounts for a perfect driving record. If you pay too much on a bill they will mail you a check back several weeks later with your credit, about the time the next bill is due. Cons: Can never be reached on phone more
