This office is very easy to deal with. They are very nice and friendly people that are always willing to help. Mike always has our best interest and he returns calls. The ladies up front are always happy and nice. I had a claim made with them, but they really took care of me ~ start to finish. I like the way they've treated me. We feel like part of the "family"! more

never in his office... 3/31/2009

I went to American Family expecting the personal service I saw advertised in their commercials. In my entire dealings with them from getting a quote, to having someone come photograph our roof to see if they'd cover our property I never so much as actually spoke to the agent. But he does have a very friendly receptionist. more

Great customer service, competitive quotes 8/30/2006

I recently received a quote from Mike and was very pleased with his business manners. When I phoned and left a message, he promptly returned my call. He let me know all of the insurance options he has and gave a competitive quote. Though I did not choose him because I have been with my company for 7 years with no accidents, so a great plan, I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for insurance. He offers car, house, and I think life but I am not sure. PROS: Great customer service, knowledgable CONS: none more

friendly agents and good policy 11/12/2005

we have had insurance for our cars from this place for a few years now and we are very happy with the work that they do for us. they are friendly and easy to talk to. all questions are answered in a timely manner and we have great coverage. premiums are nominal. claims are processed expeditiously.good agent for insurance. more

Friendly insurance agent & good rates 8/1/2005

We have had American Family Insurance for several years thru Mike Stapley's agency. We have always received great service from him and his assistant. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. We also have received great rates from them for our house, auto and umbrella policies. I would definitely recommend them for your insurance needs. more
