I have been doing business with American Family insurance and specifically Michael since 1999. Even after moving out of the Phoenix area, I kept my insurance through his office. Michael and his team provide extraordinary customer service. They are honest and fair and truly care about their customers. In a world where no many companies care about the customer experience, Michael and his team are the exception. more
