Unbelievable. After 4 no show/late showings to either sell, measure, or install the windows, the final straw was when they did come to install, told us they don't move blinds and that they had ""better things to do"" and left, despite being scheduled to do our install for the whole day. We called to cancel, he offered to take $400 off the $3700 install (for 5 windows...), canceled anyways. Within 2 business days we had a letter from their lawyer seeking $3200 for lost fees and such. We agreed to mediate; however, after they noticed we submitted a case to the BBB, they reneged on that saying we had no right to submit anything to the BBB. After spending over $1000 on our lawyer, 3 months of back and forth, we finally settled to pay for the windows only (and an extra $1000 holding fee for windows...). After all of that unprofessionalism, we hire someone else to install the windows and of course, the measurements are wrong and he has to do major modifications to get them to work.\r

Hard sale, completely unprofessional, with absolutely NO concept of customer service. If you try to do anything they don't want, look for a letter from their lawyer as they instructed me, this is their only way to handle it. The worst experience of my life. DO NOT even answer the door if they come knocking
