Just excellent 3/31/2014

I'm very glad to have found American Dream Homes. Dimitri and Daniel were very easy to work with and they made every part of the process stress-free and easy to understand. They were very professional, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were fair. My experience was fantastic. I feel like they really went above and beyond with ensuring that the transaction went well. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Each one of them--Dimitri, Raul, and Michelle--did a superb job and I would recommend them to anyone selling their house. They did an excellent job. So good, that I did a cookout for their office. Professional and awesome! 3/19/2014

I would highly recommend American Dream Homes! The agent I worked with, Christian, was really good. He was always contacting me about what was going on with the house. He even gave me his cell number. I called him late a couple times, and he seemed to be okay with that. I really liked him. He was very friendly, and he was a professional with his job. I also worked with Demetrius, and he was really good too. more

Great experience and highly responsive 3/13/2014

Overall, my experiences with American Dream Home was great. Michelle was the agent that I worked with and she was a quick responder, dedicated, very polite and a beautiful person in general. We tried our best to work together given the time constraints and distance between Hawaii and California but she made it work. She would call back and email at night even past work hours, which was impressive and professional. I live in Hawaii and am a broker myself and this was my first experience working with American Dream Home's, and I would gladly work again with them. more

Excellent experience 2/28/2014

My experience with American Dream Homes was amazing. They just went above and beyond with my needs from start to finish. Every time that I sent them a question or concern, I would receive an immediate reply. If I told them that the information wasn't sufficient, they'd still reply telling me that they were looking right into it to gather the correct information. I cannot speak more highly of Dimitri. He was just so helpful, professional, and accommodating. He's very intelligent and handled everything I needed to have done. For example, there was a form that I was having problems with and he walked me through the whole thing. He always took the initiative to ensure that the process was going well. I would only recommend American Dream Homes. more

Very reliable and have keep their professional relationships with their clients. They listen to you and give you an advice that the client will feel more comfortable and feel safe. Expedited service 2/21/2014

I was very impressed with American Dream because they were operating out of San Diego and I'm here in Hawaii. In the end they sold my home and ended up working with some locals here that were doing showings. So they expedited the process and did what they said they were going to do. more

For the most part it was great 2/2/2014

I appreciate the the help with the aspect of getting things ready for sale, for the advice on the proceedings. The readiness to answer stupid question.. but towards the end I kind of felt lost at times I think what would have really helped for me esp since we really did not get to meet face to face would be more emails that outline what was happening and what was going to happen.. maybe if I had ask he would have more

Short sale which hit a lot of snags and problems. 1/25/2014

From the very start, Demetre kept us informed, showing us all the options and guiding us to make the best decisions. He always clarified issues for us. His staff, especially Daniel J., always kept us in the loop, trying their best to simplify things for us. The entire process took much longer than expected but we hit so many bumps and snags along the way, that we were almost ready to give up. Demetre and his team remained positive. In the end, we would have wanted better communication from the staff who took over and to improve the closure process but it all worked out. more

Escrow Closed 12/28/2013

After 5 escrows and multiple months had passed the escrow on a property that was heading toward foreclosure was finalized. Using court filings, a lawsuit, and begging, the employees of ADH was able to bring a difficult transaction to fruition. more
