We use American Document Securities for our annual shredding and have been very satisfied. When we had a fire at one of our Recreation facilities, I got a call on a Friday afternoon that there were partially burned, completely wet boxes of old records that had been pulled out during the cleanup process. The records included copies of payroll sheets and time cards that should have been destroyed earlier, but had been tucked away in a storage room. I knew they couldn't sit on the grass all weekend and called American Document Securities at 3:00 p.m. They sent someone out that afternoon to take away the documents for destruction. It was comforting to have a company we knew and trusted there for us to help with the mess (and it was a mess!).
